Our “TypewriterGirls Bankrupt BP” show may have been delayed, but we are extremely grateful and excited to be revealing some of the sketch comedy from it, as well as some games, for Restoration of the Gulf with TWG favorite Phat Mandee!
On a a related note, the TypewriterGirls are going to be coming out of semi-hiatus this October with their fifth NYC performance as Three Rooms Press’s featured act for the Son of a Pony Poetry Series at the Cornelia St. Cafe! The show will likely be some incarnation of “TypewriterGirls Bankrupt BP” and will at the very least address issues involving the present oil/gas/energy crisis. This same show will be performed at a presently undetermined Pittsburgh location on October 9th or 10th.
